It’s worth popping in to try Head Barman Andrew Schneider’s The Strange Animal. While most tiki-style cocktails tend to scream summer, this one transcends season specificity. The combination of Lemonhart Denerrara Rum, Torres Brandy, sour orange, Cynar, mango cordial, cacao nib and cinnamon make for a simultaneously refreshing yet complex sipper.
