Bone Luge | verb/noun | An unrepentantly gluttonous act that sees carnivorous diners slurping Sherry from the fatty and flavourful concave cavity of a split open cow bone after its dressed marrow has been consumed. A celebratory favourite of local offal fans and cooks/foodies in their cups. Though the term/act is not indigenous to Vancouver (invented/coined in Portland, circa 2010), it has nevertheless been so thoroughly embraced locally that it requires some definition.
Usage | “Let’s head over to Wildebeest for one more drink and a bone luge.”
