Two Great Canadian Chefs to Pair for Collaborative Dinner, November 9

Vancouver, BC | We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting the immensely talented chef Todd Perrin of St. John’s, Newfoundland’s Mallard Cottage Restaurant for a collaborative dinner on November 9th. Chefs Robert Belcham and Todd Perrin will be cooking a 5 courses of rustic, Italian fare alongside progressive Newfoundland cuisine using seasonal ingredients. This dinner benefits Project Chef as part of the 2017 EAT! Vancouver food and cooking festival. Tickets for the dinner are $135 + tax (inclusive of wine pairings and gratuity) and can be purchased HERE.

Menu highlights include:

– Campagnolo’s 3 year Aged Berkshire Ham, green tomato conserva

– East Coast Cod Cheek Escabeche, pickled vegetables, hard tack crumble

– Charcoal Grilled 100 Day Dry Aged Old Spot Pork Loin, painted mountain corn polenta, red kuri squash, drippings

Campagnolo is open seven days a week serving dinner starting at 5pm and lunch from 11:30am – 2:30pm with brunch offered on the weekends. Seating is available on a first come, first served basis with reservations only taken for parties of eight or more dining with one of Campagnolo’s alla famiglia group menus.
