White-Person | verb, cooking, slang | The uncommon (but no less prejudicial) culinary act of altering a dish to please the palate of an assumed-to-be unadventurous or spice-intolerant Caucasian person. Perpetrated in restaurants and homes without malice.

The verb is employed (here) in its English form, but vernacular synonyms (mostly common nouns) abound in other languages, some pejoratively.
