PiDGiN Opens Bookings for New Year’s Eve, Releases Chef Wesley Young’s Menu

The GOODS from Pidgin

Vancouver, BC | What a year 2018 turned out to be! With the chaos of the holidays fading into our memories, celebrate the new year with our family at PiDGiN. Gather your closest friends and treat yourselves to a special dinner created by Chef Wesley Young, with optional pairings from our sommelier, Alain Canuel.

We will be offering 8 decadent courses to celebrate the start to the new year. Wesley has created a beautiful menu that highlights many of the ingredients, techniques, and dishes that particularly excited him throughout this past year. His vision also reflects the evolution of PiDGiN as we enter into our sixth year.

Just like last year, we will offer a choice to our diners for the level of dining they prefer. We will have a $69 and $99 (listed below) set menu on offer. Guests can also enjoy wine / sake pairings thoughtfully curated by Alain for $55 and $75 per guest. Reserve by making a reservation for Dec 31st on our website.
