PiDGiN Annoucnes 10-Year Artist-in-Residence Celebration with a Special Dinner

Vancouver, BC | PIDGIN is proud to announce a milestone in its “Artist in Restaurant” series, celebrating 10 years of collaboration with some of the most inspiring local artists. In honor of this moment, the restaurant will host an exclusive dinner.

On April 22nd, PIDGIN will open its doors to an evening that celebrates creativity, community, and the powerful intersection of art and cuisine. The dinner will showcase the work of Jay Senetchko, Priscilla Yu, Katie So, Ilya Viryachev, Johnny Taylor, Kari Kristensen, Tara Lee Bennett, Crissy Arseneau, and Caroline Weaver. Our former chef Wesley Young, who worked with all these artists during his tenure, will collaborate with them once again to create another unforgettable evening of food and art alongside our new executive chef Karlo Sarmiento.

Over the years, the partnership between PIDGIN and these innovative visual artists has helped transform the restaurant into a living gallery to create a truly immersive dining experience. “We are beyond excited to mark this incredible milestone by celebrating the artists who have been such an integral part of PIDGIN’s journey,” said Brandon Grossutti, Owner of PIDGIN. “This dinner is a tribute to their talent and the incredible impact they’ve had on our community. We are so proud to continue this tradition of showcasing local art in such a meaningful way.”

Each artist will contribute one of their pieces to the event, and guests will enjoy a curated tasting menu designed to complement the artwork on display, elevating the sensory experience.
