The right person will have a sense of urgency, be able to function in a tip pool environment, and can own the bar on a busy night while maintaining a positive attitude. Suitable candidates will have previous knowledge of wine and cocktails; Italian wine and cocktail knowledge will be considered an asset, but not a must.
