Vancouver, BC | Chef Darren Gee will be at Ai & Om Knives on Tuesday to demonstrate how to butcher and cook a pig. Participants will receive a brew from Powell Beer and be able to take home 6-8lbs of pork (cuts divided lottery-style) together with recipes detailing how to prepare them. The event kicks off at 6:30pm.
