Vancouver, BC | The team at Odd Society Spirits is getting set to present The Renaissance of Vermouth with host, drinks expert Shaun Layton. On Thursday, February 23 from 7:00pm until 9:00pm Odd Society’s cocktail lounge will pay homage to a Mediterranean tapas bar. In the spirit of keeping things casual and authentic, it will be standing room only with tapas and vermouth served throughout the evening. Guests will receive an aperitif cocktail to start followed by a flight of vermouth and a variety of delicious Italian and Spanish-style bites prepared by Chef Jesse McMillan of Campagnolo ROMA.
