The GOODS from The Acorn
Vancouver, BC | On Friday, December 11th, The Acorn will launch its new winter menu with exciting new dishes to usher in the season using the freshest ingredients available. For example, The Brassica is a dynamic ensemble of textures and flavours combining rosemary maple roasted red cabbage, cauliflower cashew puree, and cauliflower potato “nests”.
There will be new appetizers and deserts rounding out the menu as well, including a raw and vegan eggnog cheesecake! In addition, new signature cocktails will be unveiled to complement the new menu items. They’re staying tight lipped on the rest of the menu as the team puts on the finishing touches.
