The GOODS from Bestie

Vancouver, BC | Bestie, Chinatown’s friendliest little sausage parlour is having a Beer Funraiser (sic). With so many exceptional breweries in this sudsy town, we’ve been wanting to showcase more of the best this city has to offer. But to do this, we need a new beer fridge so we can double our on tap offerings and pour a wider and tastier range of local craft beer.

Some of our favourite local breweries (Four Winds, Strange Fellows, Moon Under Water, Powell St, Steel & Oak and Hoyne) have graciously donated some of their finest offerings to us to serve to you in steins, mugs or cheeky glasses. Our ever changing guest tap will be a $1 off regular price with all proceeds put towards our new fridge and tap lines. The beautiful Burnabarian brewers of Dageraad have also offered up a stellar prize pack of bottles, t-shirts and glassware to be raffled off at the end of the event. We just kicked the Beer Funraiser off over the weekend and we’ll keep it going until we run out of beer.

Note: this Funraiser also coincides with the launch of our brand new menu at Bestie which sees some of our most popular specials like the Leberkase Melt and Sausage Roll turned into permanent fixtures.

We hope to see you in Chinatown soon,

Your wurst friends at Bestie! `

Bestie is a friendly little sausage and beer parlour in the heart of Vancouver’s Chinatown. Inspired by German street food, Bestie serves up a selection of finely crafted sausages, hand cut fries, tasty side salads, fresh baked pretzels, and Chinatown’s finest currywurst. We work with master butchers and urban farms, whole ingredients, and sustainably raised meats. We’ve got three curated taps of local beer, some odd German bottles, both colours of wine, and a storied selection of schnapps. Bestie is open for snappy lunches, friendly dinners, late night eats and thirsty visits anytime. Just look for the neon sausage.
