The team from the 3rd best new restaurant in Canada of 2015 will be joining our very own Chef Wes and his team for a special night (Sept. 24) of thoughtful food and drinks. Pilgrimme‘s executive chef, Jesse McCleery won the illustrious Gold Medal Plates in 2016, showcasing his skills and his outlook on food for many this side of the Georgia Strait.
As always with our no strings attached policy on liquor, you have the option to purchase drinks à la carte or allow our sommelier Alain Canuel to provide perfect pairings for your meal.
