Vancouver, BC | There are many festive activities in Vancouver for the Holidays. Markets and shopping and twinkling lights, oh my! Before you head out in the crisp air to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, start off with a Festive Lunch at Forage. The snug, cozy atmosphere at Forage is the perfect place to share in the warmth of the season. Our 4-course family-style lunch experience is available for a limited time. This year we open our doors to 9 lunches on Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays Dec 5th-21st, 2018 only! You can book those days anytime between 11:30-1pm, but reservations are required. First course:
Okanagan apple and endive salad
baby kale, local cheddar, roasted walnuts, cider vinaigrette
Second course:
charcuterie board with cured ethically-raised
meats and terrines, wild salmon, house-made pickles and ferments, IPA mustard
Third course:
roasted Fraser Valley turkey with all the festive trimmings
smoked pork rack roast with mulled wine-braised cabbage, maple syrup apple chutney
Fourth course:
hazelnut financier, plum compote, white chocolate crémeux, chantilly cream, croquant of hazelnut
Forage connects diners to local fishers, foragers and farmers. Also featured? The handiwork of an eclectic crew of talented BC distillers, winemakers, and brewers. The menu is — first and foremost — delicious, but also reflective of our uncompromising commitment to local ingredients and building community through shared plates.
