Coal Harbour’s Verre Reveals Menu for ‘Goût de France’

The GOODS from Verre

Vancouver, BC | Goût de France is organized on the initiative of the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to celebrate French cuisine around the world. The event highlights positive french values of good food while focusing on environmental sustainability. The ‘largest French dinner in the world’ brings together over 3,000 restaurants around the world.

This year Verre restaurant will be joining the initiative to feature Chef Liam Breen’s internationally influenced French cuisine. Guests can join us for a four-course menu with wine pairings throughout the event served from 5PM. 5% of proceeds will go to a local NGO with a focus on sustainability. Reservations can be made at www.verreyvr.com.

The event will run March 21st-24th with the menu available all weekend.
