Chef Ian McHale will be preparing delicious locally-sourced West Coast cuisine designed to celebrate the peak of autumn goodness. Prisoner Wine Co. is a pioneer of California’s most luxurious red blends, and will brilliantly pair their bold, rich wines at this multi-course feast!

Engage, excite, and elevate your palate as you gain entry into one of California’s great new unconventional wineries. Wildebeest’s superstar Advanced Sommelier, Christina Hartigan, will guide you through The Prisoner Wine Co.’s unique and interesting portfolio of wines with emcee support from Sommelier, and local wine hero, Kurtis Kolt.

The evening will feature a canape? reception followed by a five-course seated dinner paired with wines from the Prisoner Wine Co. portfolio.
