Cabrito to Host Party Celebrating Two Years on Commercial Drive

The GOODS from Cabrito

Vancouver, BC | Thanks to your support and the great community around us we’re quickly approaching two years! We’d love for you to come help us celebrate this small milestone on the evening of December 1st.

Starting at 8pm, the team at Cabrito will be dishing out tapas and pintxos for you to enjoy with our complimentary signature sangria. As no party is complete without great music, live Latin Soul will be played by Stephanie Pedraza, Lyndon Dewitt and Andre Stepanian.

We’re also fortunate to have Yared Nigussu – our star artist who gives oomph to our room through his great mural talking art and food – in attendance. We look forward to seeing you all. There’s no need to RSVP, just show up and help us have a great time!

    ABOUT CABRITO

Located in vibrant Commercial Drive, Cabrito is the neighborhood’s cozy nook focused on offering great Spanish cuisine.  It adds to the already rich cultural tapestry of this amazing neighborhood.  With a stunning mural drawn by local artist Yared Nigussu and rotating live entertainment varying from traditional Flamenco to Latin soul, it’s easy to be transported to the back streets of St. Sebastian.

Driven by Alex Carriere, French Chef/Owner who arrived in 2008 to Vancouver, Cabrito is a combination of different personalities and characters who bring their craft into a 36 seats restaurant, where you will find locally sourced produce, Ocean Wise seafood and non-medicated meat to recreate Spanish tapas with a twist, a selection of cheeses, charcuterie & seasonal small plates.

As no tapas experience is complete without libations, Cabrito boasts a strictly Spanish wine list with a variety of grape varietals from different regions in Spain. This, combined with a considerable amount of skill and talent behind it’s small bar makes drinking crafty cocktails a leisurely affair. The patio overlooking busy Commercial Dr. provides just the right setting where people watching and enjoying the company of old friends and new, the perfect pass time all year long.

In true Vancouver fashion, Cabrito has also taken the brunch experience to the streets of Spain with dishes utilizing Txistorra, Piquillo, and Jamon de Bellota.

Cabrito is open daily for dinner from 4PM-late and serves brunch from 10:00AM-15:00 every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
