Arrival Of Spring Finds Confirmation At “The Parker”

You know when the weather starts to change and you get confirmation of it in a restaurant? As is the case with so many other dishes currently on the menu at the Strathcona/Chinatown eatery right now (pretty much the entire menu), it was like eating a sunny day in Spring.
