Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within the food service or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of meal preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations.
Familiarity with various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
