Vancouver, BC | Alongside their weekend brunch, Modus has refreshed their daily lunch menu for the season. A couple items from the menu you can expect: house cured fresh fish for a classic gravlax on toast; also, their take on a Turkish breakfast favourite, Cilbir, consisting of a couple poached eggs on grass-fed yogurt, mint oil, crispy shallot and accoutrement.
