33 Brewing Experiment Drops Three New Beers

The GOODS from 33 Acres Brewing Co.

Vancouver, BC | 33 Acres Brewing Company’s experimental program, 33 Brewing Experiment, is now dropping beers every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month. This week’s B33rDrop sees 2 x 750ml releases and a keg-only release that’s spot on! See details on the 3 beers that launched on the 1st below…

33B-EXP.039 MKII
CRANBERRY HIBISCUS SOUR
5.6% ABV
FLORAL, TANGY, FRESH
A kettle soured imperial Berliner Weisse. Fermented with over 165 kg of cranberry and then conditioned on Hibiscus to preserve the delicate aroma of the flowers.

33B-EXP.035.MKI
BIERE DE GARDE
6.8% ABV
TOFFE, OAK, DRY
Our Biere de garde is a malt forward, layered Belgian style that is fermented dry with house saison yeast. This was the first beer to be conditioned in Foeder 2 after primary fermentation and spent 4 weeks before being transferred back to stainless. The oak character blends with the beer to add complexity and tannic dryness without being too forward.

33B-EXP.032.MKI
SMOKED SESSION LAGER
4% ABV
SMOKE, COOKIE, LIGHT
Brewed in the style of a Fall German Marzen, this beer uses a sizeable portion of traditional Beachwood Munich malt and piles to evoke the beginning of the winter season in a glass of beer.
