The GOODS from Cuchillo

Vancouver, BC | How often do you have the opportunity to sip premium tequila as the man who made it visits your table to talk through the subtleties of it’s unique characteristics while a kickass chef plates thoughtfully paired dishes to compliment your drinks? Not all that often, right? Remedy that oversight with a seat at the Clase Azul dinner at Cuchillo this Thursday, May 28th. Chef Stu Irving has designed a special tasting menu to accompany a series of tequila based cocktails (mixed by the lovely Amber Bruce) while Arturo Lomeli (founder of Clase Azul Tequila) wanders the room to talk little about what you’re tasting and why you’re tasting it. Call Cuchillo at 604.559.7585 to reserve a seat ($75) or email info [at] cuchillo.ca.
