You Need to Try Andrew Schneider’s ‘Strange Animal’ Cocktail at South Granville’s Rangoli

Since Vij’s move to Cambie last year, Rangoli’s cocktail program and happy hour have become South Granville’s best kept secret. It’s worth popping in to try Head Barman Andrew Schneider’s The Strange Animal. While most tiki-style cocktails tend to scream summer, this one transcends season specificity. The combination of Lemonhart Denerrara Rum, Torres Brandy, sour orange, Cynar, mango cordial, cacao nib and cinnamon make for a simultaneously refreshing yet complex sipper.
