ICBC | Corporation | Another fun and easy way to ignite the ire of Vancouverites is to mention the psuedo-public corporation ICBC. Rated last by J.D. Power and Associates in customer satisfaction, it is the single most hated entity in BC. Criticized for exorbitant executive salaries amid rate hikes and siphoning surpluses into Liberal coffers, they even have their very own ICBC Sucks Facebook page.
