The Tuck Shoppe Opening New Location on Granville Island This Summer

One of my favourite neighbourhood lunch spots, The Tuck Shoppe (home of the ridiculously delicious French Onion Beef Dip sandwich), is opening a new location, this time on Granville Island. The new restaurant is slated for the Net Loft and is set to launch in early summer.

After opening their first sandwich shop three years ago in Vancouver’s Chinatown, The Tuck Shoppe, will be opening another location on Granville Island in the Net Loft Building at 1666 Johnston Street. Opening is set for early summer 2019. The Tuck Shoppe on Granville Island will continue to offer great sandwiches, salads and non-alcoholic beverages; boasting classic staples like the Pork Belly Cubano and French Onion Beef Dip. Other offerings will include a breakfast menu to be launched shortly after opening. Service hours will begin early morning and into the evening.

Marrying great food and a neighbourhood focus with their counter-service style, The Tuck Shoppe family is very excited to be included with other incredible dining options in this iconic Vancouver setting.

Adam tells me “early summer” could be as soon as late May. Whatever the case, we’ll be seeing you there on opening day!
