The Carnival Band is East Vancouver’s original community-based musical ensemble. No matter what their influence, be it samba, calypso, swing, jazz, or funk, joy and celebration is at the heart of their super-fun performances. Observed worldwide, Carnival is a time to shake off winter and celebrate the simple fact of being here.
