New Westminster, BC | The good folks of El Santo have been cooking up a little Sunday fun, and they’d love you to come visit them in the Royal City for inspired contemporary Latin cuisine, local craft beer and creative cocktail pairings.

Featuring a special menu of inspired and seasonal contemporary Latin cuisine by Chef Sam Fabbro, with cocktail pairings by Hall of Fame Bartender Jay Jones – plus the launch of a very special beer: The Parkside Brewery ‘Internet Famous’ Fresh-Hop Kveik India Pale Ale. This limited release seasonal brew is a creative collaboration between The Parkside and members or the local beer blogging community.

Don Julio Tequila is the perfect feature spirit to celebrate Mexican Independence Month – Blanco, Reposado and Anejo expressions will be crafted by Jay into 3 unique cocktails, pairing with each of Chef Fabbro’s 3 dishes for the night.

Not a ticketed event, and no set arrival time. Do the full 3-course tasting of food and cocktail pairings, or pick and choose individual dishes or cocktail to enjoy. Stay all night or just pop in – with full regular menus available.
