(via) London’s Plum + Spilt Milk is the new British-themed restaurant attached to King’s Cross’ Great Northern Hotel, a “listed” 1854 building designed by Lewis Cubitt. “The design [by Archer Humphryes Architects] was required to be modern, use high quality natural materials, and display dignity and imagination in its detail and execution.” Nailed it.
