Published on Main and Aburi Hana to Collaborate on an ‘East Meets West’ Dinner, Aug. 12

The Goods from Published on Main

Vancouver, BC | For one day only, experience an exclusive collaboration between two one-Michelin-starred restaurants — Vancouver’s Published on Main and Toronto’s Aburi Hana – on Monday, August 12th, 2024 at 6 p.m. Chefs Gus Stieffenhofer-Brandson and Ryusuke Nakagawa have created a multi-course culinary Canadian-Japanese dining journey that reflects their shared commitment to highlighting the essence of local ingredients, from east to west.

Chef Ryusuke’s contemporary approach to Kyōto-style Kaiseki uses traditional Japanese cooking techniques with hyper-seasonal ingredients. His Japanese roots and love for pairing quality and tradition will make this a truly special collaboration.

Wine director Jayton Paul and bar manager Dylan Riches will be offering exceptional beverage pairings, which will feature a variety of wines, and summer-inspired cocktails.

Tickets are $400++ and available online via Tock.
