We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (full time) to join our growing team at Savio Volpe. If you’re passionate about Italian cuisine, hospitality, and have a strong background in managing front-of-house operations, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
Manage, train, and develop front-of-house staff providing ongoing support and feedback
Foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and clear communication across all departments
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality guest experiences
Collaborate with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure menu and wine offerings meet the high standards of Savio Volpe
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment
Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality management, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 3 years in restaurant management, with experience in high-volume settings
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, inventory management, and financial reporting
Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing a successful team
WSET II or equivalent wine knowledge is an asset
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead a team with positivity and efficiency
Excellent communication and organizational skills
A hands-on, problem-solving mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
A passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality
Compensation & Benefits:
$55,000 – $65,000 yearly + gratuities
