A day at our full service production facility will consist of hands on meat production, warehousing, packing orders, and shipping/distribution of our product to some of BC’s most progressive purveyors of naturally raised meats. About Two Rivers Specialty Meats
Two Rivers Specialty Meats is a purveyor of fine local meats including beef, chicken, pork, duck, venison, elk, game birds and much more that are free of antibiotics, hormones and chemical feed additives. In addition to providing the finest protein products available, our goal is to strengthen the connection between producers and consumers. The Two Rivers difference: is an ideal that we share with our producers, who are committed to raising animals ethically and naturally, while farming the land sustainably. For us and our partner farmers, sustainability isn’t just a catch phrase; it’s a way of life. The result is in the way our products taste: fresh, rich, natural flavours with the added benefit of better health and animal welfare. We want to foster a deep understanding amongst chefs, retailers, restaurants, consumers and the local farms that provide our products. We believe that people should know where their food is coming from, and that it was produced ethically and naturally. We started in January 2008 featuring Pemberton Meadows Natural Beef and have grown to represent over 20 committed farms, ranches, producers and families including Sloping Hill Pork, Thiessen Poultry and Bar M Ranch Lamb. In addition to processing custom cuts and dry age products, our team also crafts an amazing line of fresh house made sausages and charcuterie using the finest local meats without adding fillers or artificial flavouring.
