Maenam Announces a ‘Mid-Autumn Night’s Feast’ Chefs Collaboration Dinner

Vancouver, BC | Maenam, Vancouver’s acclaimed Thai restaurant, continues its popular Maenam and Friends: A Dinner Series on September 17, 2024 as Angus An hosts Boulevard’s Roger Ma and Sumibiyaki Arashi’s Pete Ho for Volume 3, a Mid-Autumn Night’s Feast. Tickets go on-sale this Thursday, July 25, 2024 online.

“We are excited to continue our Maenam and Friends collaboration dinner series this fall with Roger and Pete in September, followed by another event in October,” says An, founder and executive chef of Full House Hospitality, which counts Maenam, Longtail Kitchen, Sen Pad Thai, and Fat Mao Noodles in its restaurant portfolio. “We had such great support for our sold-out spring series. The hospitality community is tight-knit, and it’s amazing to share the kitchen with our chef friends and create these unique culinary experiences together for our guests.”

For this one-day-only Mid-Autumn Night’s Feast ($250++), chefs An, Ma, and Ho are cooking up a modern Chinese meets yakitori menu. Guests can expect a multi-course dinner experience with curated wines from That’s Life Gourmet. Guests can choose from two booking times – 5:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Only 30 seats are available per seating.

“It’ll be a great evening of feasting as we celebrate the full moon and incoming harvest,” adds An.
