Main Street Brewing is dedicated to crafting exceptional beers and delivering unforgettable experiences. We are seeking a dynamic Tasting Room Manager to lead our team, drive growth, and uphold our commitment to quality and community.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure top-notch customer service and enhance guest experiences.
Oversee purchasing, manage inventory, and improve processes.
Lead, recruit, and train a high-performing team.
Develop and refine schedules, policies, and procedures.
Collaborate with internal kitchen and brewing teams.
Manage administrative tasks, including scheduling and payroll.
Comply with health, safety, and serving regulations.

Qualifications:
Manager-level Serving It Right certification.
Proven track record in team leadership and management.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Deep knowledge and passion for craft beer and hospitality.
Strong organizational skills and ability to solve problems.
Flexibility in schedule and a commitment to community engagement.
