Vancouver, BC | Jeju is preparing to open doors to our new Vancouver location (540 East Broadway) this November, and we’re looking to build our team! Jeju is all about connection — to people, place, and good food — and we’re looking for passionate, thoughtful people who share our priorities and want to be a part of our vision. Whether you’ve followed our story since its beginnings in Tofino, or are just getting to know us, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re currently seeking a Bartender, Chef de Partie, and Pastry Chef to join our Jeju Vancouver team. Candidates should have at least two years of experience; be open-minded; enjoy working on a small team; and be comfortable working with seasonal, ingredient-driven food and detail-oriented service. We value clear communication, a calm work environment, and a sense of responsibility and ownership in the role.

Bartender: We are looking for an experienced bartender to join our team. Must have minimum two years experience with strong cocktail knowledge, attention to detail, and a focus on hospitality. Responsible for drink preparation, bar setup, and maintaining a clean, organised workspace.

Chef de Partie (CDP): We are seeking a skilled CDP with minimum two years experience and solid kitchen experience. Must be efficient, reliable, and able to manage their station during service. Responsibilities include prep, cooking, plating, and supporting the team as needed.

Pastry Chef: Jeju is hiring a pastry chef to lead dessert preparation and production. Must have minimum two years experience with pastry techniques, seasonal menu development, and maintaining quality and consistency under pressure.
