Vancouver, BC | The Flamingo Room — Commercial Drive’s unapologetically playful, Miami-inspired cocktail bar and live stage — is welcoming warmer days and longer nights with a brand-new Spring/Summer cocktail menu. With bold ingredients, vibrant garnishes, and just the right amount of cheek, these seasonal signatures are a treasure map to an unforgettable summer to come, turning heads and raising spirits.
“Spring and summer are all about colour, energy, and not taking yourself too seriously,” says The Flamingo Room’s bar team leader Merlin Fisk. “This menu is a mix of fun and finesse — it’s for people who like their cocktails with personality.”
Menu highlights include the S.O.S., a “sangria of sorts” with El Gobernador Pisco, grape Lillet, Nochino, Val’s tannic port shrub, and black lemon, and the “well-traveled” Mondo Mango featuring Brazilian caju fruit, Oaxaca mango distilled Mezcal, Guyanan Demarara rum, and Basbas, herbal liqueur from Ibiza.
The new cocktail menu is available now and will run through the end of summer. Every drink is available as a 2oz cocktail, 1oz shot, or in pitcher form to share among mateys. The Flamingo Room encourages guests to stop by, cool down, and turn up — walk-ins welcome, reservations recommended.
