David Sedaris At The Vogue In May – Best Seats In The House Up For Grabs

David-Sedaris_crop21

Brilliant satirist David Sedaris is coming to town this May and we’ve got the sweet, early-bird ticket hook-up.

If you’ve ever read Sedaris, you’ve likely been subjected to awkward side-glances from strangers wondering why you’re laughing uncontrollably while reading one of his books in public. The hilarious writer – one of the greats of his generation – is best known for essay collections like Me Talk Pretty One Day. His latest book, Let’s Explore Diabetes with Owls, is cut from the same inspired cloth.

At his Vogue Theatre show, Sedaris will present all-new readings and recollections. He’ll also endure a Q&A session and post-show book signing. Use the promo code OWLS to get the best seats in the house for his talk before ticket sales open to the public this Friday (proceeds go to supporting the Vancouver Writers Fest).

There is limited seating for this event and tickets are sure to go quickly. If you take advantage today chances are you won’t be that unlucky person stuck sitting behind a 6 foot tall man in a hat.

An Evening with David Sedaris 7:00 pm | Sun, May 8 | The Vogue Theatre | $43-$58 | DETAILS
