Vancouver, BC | For those dreaming of fine dining on a budget, C Restaurant cooks up a wallet-friendly menu for the Dine Out Vancouver Festival 2013. At $38, four courses showcase the fresh-caught cuisine for which C is famous, inviting value-seeking foodies to experience Chef Lee Humphries’ West Coast-inspired cooking. Enticing options include North Arm Farms butternut squash veloute, pan-seared steelhead trout, and salted caramel-dark chocolate ganache tart, followed by a selection of local and artisan cheeses. To complete the experience, wine pairings are suggested for each course at additional cost. Vegetarian and gluten-free dishes are available for each course. Beverages, tax and gratuity are not included.
