The GOODS from JUNIPER
Vancouver, BC | Juniper Kitchen & Bar will be hosting an Asian-Inspired Night with Cocktails and Appetizers that are inspired in the history of our community and our city’s incredible Asian influence.
Gareth is one of our talents behind the bar here at Juniper and has created six cocktails that are inspired by his extensive travels across Southeast Asia. During his trip Gareth visited various countries including, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, to name a few. The cocktails that will be served for this event are Gareth’s own way to pay homage to the countries he visited, the people, the flavours and the cultures.
Alongside the special drinks, Chef Warren Chow will be serving a selection of specially-crafted appetizers.
