Simple, Summery Margarita At “Prontino” On Cambie

IMG_6803-(1)

A margarita can be a simple thing of beauty. Such was the recent, delicious case with this shaken looker from woody Prontino in Cambie Village. An Italian joint rolling with tequila? Ricevuto come un cane in chiesa! (Like a dog in church!) But why the hell not? The lime tasted more Persian sweet than Key tart, and the salt was mellow enough to allow for the flavour of the spirit to come through. Enjoyed in an early evening rainstorm, the thing really hit the transportive, summery spot. Dig the glass, too!
