Chef Andrea Carlson and her team create dishes that are beautiful and immediate reflections of BC’s bounty, and most deliciously so in summer. Here are a few items we recently sample from their new menu, including a tasty plate of perfectly blistered padrón peppers; squash blossoms stuffed with ricotta sauced up with mint chimichurri (above); and a fresh pasta tossed with kale, garlic scapes and almond pesto.
