Dockside Launches New Sunday Brunch Menu to Make Patio Time More Delicious

The GOODS from Dockside

Vancouver, BC | There’s no better way to enjoy a warm summer Sunday than by stretching out with a relaxing patio brunch. To make that prospect even more enticing, Dockside Restaurant has just launched an irresistible new brunch menu to enjoy on their waterfront patio, voted “Best in Vancouver” nine years in a row.

Executive Chef Zach Steele has created a new Sunday brunch menu which includes light favourites, casual entrées, and signature share plates alongside a host of new dishes to please early risers refuelling after a hike or run, and late arrivers reviving after a full Saturday night in the city.

New dishes are highlighted by Prime Rib Hash with freshly shaved AAA Northern Gold prime rib, poached eggs, potatoes, and provolone, and the utterly decadent Mascarpone Stuffed French Toast which takes brioche French toast and fills it with mascarpone, raspberry, mint, limoncello honey, and pistachio.

The brunch classics—omelette, quiche, Eggs Benny, are all impeccably executed using the best fresh, local ingredients, and a wide range of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are all on the menu.

Brunch at Dockside is served from 10am-3pm every Sunday and can be enjoyed on the city’s best patio all summer long. For the full menu and reservations, visit www.docksidevancouver.com.
