Two Block Shakur | Nickname | Graeme Berglund was the co-creator and administrator of The Cheaper Show. A visual artist and member of Vancouver’s Arts and Culture Policy Council, he is affectionately known as “Two-Block Shakur” due to his ubiquitous presence in the Mount Pleasant area. A haver of backs and friend to many.
