Vancouver, BC | Ed Perrow and Neil Taylor are hunting for a sous chef to join Taylor on the line at Espana. The small, Spanish-themed restaurant, located at 1118 Denman St. in the heart of the Vancouver’s West End, will open to the public later this month. Candidates with 4-5 years of experience are preferred (not essential). What’s most important is a willingness to learn and work hard in a fast-paced, professional environment.
