Zalm, The | Nickname | Wilhelmus Nicholaas Theodore Marie “Bill” Vander Zalm is/was The Zalm. Famous for saying “fffantastic”, he also said some pretty offensive shit like “if someone is able to work and refuses to do so, they had best pick up a shovel or I’ll give them a shovel.” He resigned in disgrace after the Fantasy Gardens scandal but reappeared on the political scene to fight the HST.
