Flashing Greens | Thing | Perhaps due a massive influx of Ontario ex-pats, flashing green lights are a source of much confusion in BC. Out east, a flashing green is an advance left turn, but here it’s a pedestrian controlled stoplight.

Usage: “Dude just turned left right in front of me at a flashing green. Must be from Ontario!”
