Vancouver, BC | On February 22, 2024, Hy’s Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar invites you to join them in raising a glass to the legacy of hospitality at the John Aisenstat Memorial Scholarship Fundraiser. Enjoy premium Roku gin cocktails and Asian-inspired bites prepared by the chef. Tickets: $100, with a $50 tax receipt available.

Since its inception in 2018, this scholarship has funded four annual awards for students in Vancouver Community College’s culinary and hospitality programs. Proceeds from this evening will go directly to supporting the next generation of hospitality professionals.

John Aisenstat’s dedication to the industry and the team at Hy’s Steakhouse made a lasting impact. In his memory, the scholarship continues to support aspiring culinary and hospitality professionals in collaboration with Vancouver Community College.
