Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi is joining forces with Max Curzon-Price (of Bar Supernova) for a two-night collaboration built around desserts and cocktails in conversation with one another. Guests will be seated shoulder-to-shoulder at Boulevard’s dessert bar, while Takahashi and Curzon-Price serve each course right in front of them in a focused, interactive progression designed to showcase both disciplines on equal ground.
The pair aren’t just messing around with sugar and booze – both of these pros work with a level of technical and flavour accuracy that feels almost architectural. On the plate, Chef Takahashi presents clean lines, layered textures, and deliberate flavour shifts. In the glass, Curzon-Price’s components are composed with purpose — spirit, acidity, aromatics, and structure each maintaining its own character while supporting the whole.
