Head to Boulevard for a Two-Night Dessert Bar Experience with Kenta Takahashi and Max Curzon-Price

Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar’s Pastry Chef Kenta Takahashi is joining forces with Max Curzon-Price (of Bar Supernova) for a two-night collaboration built around desserts and cocktails in conversation with one another. Guests will be seated shoulder-to-shoulder at Boulevard’s dessert bar, while Takahashi and Curzon-Price serve each course right in front of them in a focused, interactive progression designed to showcase both disciplines on equal ground.

The pair aren’t just messing around with sugar and booze –  both of these pros work with a level of technical and flavour accuracy that feels almost architectural. On the plate, Chef Takahashi presents clean lines, layered textures, and deliberate flavour shifts. In the glass, Curzon-Price’s components are composed with purpose — spirit, acidity, aromatics, and structure each maintaining its own character while supporting the whole. The pleasure is in the interaction, where separate elements click together to form something truly compelling.

There are two seatings available to choose from, on Wednesday, October 29th or Thursday the 30th; both at 7pm. With only eight seats per evening, you don’t want to sleep on this opportunity. The price of indulging in this intimate night of drinks and desserts: $195 per person (plus tax and gratuity). If you’ve got it, then hurry and secure your spot here now.
