West Side’s Award-Winning ‘Bufala’ Set To Make Gluten-Free Dough On Tuesdays

Vancouver, BC | Bufala’s award-winning pizzas are now available on an optional dough made completely free of gluten every Tuesday for lunch and dinner! Having collaborated with the lovely folks at NextJen for a proprietary recipe, a separate batch of dough is made on Tuesdays to be cooked in a dedicated oven, safe for gluten intolerant guests craving delicious pizza. Along with an excellent selection GF primis, desserts, and beverages, these pizzas are available from 11:30am to 10:00pm for dine-in guests.
