Held in the intimate setting of the private wine room, this one-night-only event will feature an exquisite multi-course menu crafted by Executive Chef Derek Bendig, with expert wine pairings overseen by Wine Director Kathryn Woods.

Renowned wine professional Marina Eito Jiménez, a leader in Spain’s wine industry and an ambassador for Grupo de Bodegas Familia Martínez Zabala, will guide guests through a remarkable selection of Spanish wines. With over a decade of experience across Rioja DOCa, Ribera del Duero DO, Rías Baixas DO, and Rueda DO, Marina brings a wealth of knowledge and global perspective to this exclusive event.

Guests will be welcomed at 6:00 PM with a reception featuring Faustino Art Collection, Cava, Brut Reserve, paired with an amuse bouche. The evening’s thoughtfully curated courses will highlight the depth and complexity of Spain’s most celebrated wines:
