Cambie’s Pied-A-Terre Closes, Set To Reopen As American-Italian “Sorella” Nov. 5th

IMG_6427

The bad news is that restaurateurs Chris Stewart and Andrey Durbach closed Pied-a-Terre, their award-winning French bistro at 3369 Cambie Street, following dinner service on Halloween. The good news is that they’re going to reopen the space as a casual Italian-American eatery this Thursday, November 5th. The new “red sauce” joint will be called Sorella, and the menu will draw inspiration from beloved restaurants in the Little Italy neighbourhoods of San Francisco and New York. They’ve already given the exterior a fresh lick of bold, Ferrari red paint and are busily renovating the interior.
