Vancouver, BC | In the French tradition, Beaucoup Bakery is celebrating the New Year with the creation of two Galette des Rois (King Cake) flavours. Both galettes serve eight people, are priced at $46 each, and include a hidden whole pecan or pistachio as the fève, symbolizing the “king” or “queen”. The two flavours are:

Pistachio Espresso Chocolate – Butter puff pastry filled with pistachio frangipane and espresso-infused dark chocolate.

Pecan Banana – Butter puff pastry with banana pieces and pecan praline frangipane.
